Sectors

As our company continues to grow, the success of Sinclair Surfaces has allowed us to expand our skills and capabilities, and in turn has taken us into new construction industry sectors.

We manage our growth with care, ensuring we only ever take on works when we know we have the skills to do so, ensuring we deliver the service our clients have come to expect.

Residential

Sinclair’s core sector, we repair and restore damaged surfaces within all types of residential development.

We have a wealth of experience working on high end residential, large-scale regeneration and social housing projects throughout London and the South of England. We have the work force and management skills to oversee any size project.

In addition to this, our work force specialises in working within residents finished properties, paying particular attention to the sensitive nature of this type of work, we take upmost care and attention to ensure works are carried out and our behaviour is that which would be expected in such premises.

Refurbishment

Often during the refurbishment of an existing building, there will be existing damage, as well as new damage that is created during the works phase, either way, our skilled technicians can repair and restore any damaged surface back to its original state.

We recently undertook works at the Museum of London on Charterhouse Street, carefully restoring damage to some of the original flooring, and some accidental damage that happened during the build stage. Another job well done Sinclair!

Commercial

Sinclair provides a vast array of surface repairs within the commercial sector. Over the last few years, we’ve gained experience working on fit out projects at Heathrow Airport terminal 5, as well the large-scale office fit out carried out to The Old Admiralty Building in Trafalgar Square.

Whatever the commercial project is, if there is damage to be rectified, we can assist.

Hotels

Sinclair is well equipped to undertake damage repairs to new hotel projects, or alternatively existing hotels being refurbished.

We recently completed works on the nHow hotel on City Road, which was especially challenging as this project had a mixture of red, pink, green and yellow doors throughout the building, which were meticulously restored back to their original state. We also repaired and re-sprayed the whole reception area cladding due to the level of damage created.

Please get in touch if you have a hotel project in need of our magic touch.

Education

Sinclair is accustomed to tailoring our works to the needs of schools’ staff and pupils alike. We have worked on several schools and universities including Blackheath High School, and most recently at the refurbishment of the UCA University in Farnham.

Arts & Culture

Sinclair Surfaces are proud to have worked on some of the most famous buildings that reflect the country’s rich cultural history. Most recently we had the pleasure of working on the internal fit out of new offices and staff spaces at the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square.

We are aware of the particular needs of premises that are open to the public, such as galleries, museums and theatres. Our specialist finishers understand the complexities of such projects and work closely with our clients to ensure site requirements are strictly adhered too. Working together for a common goal, towards the successful completion of another prestige project.

Urban Regeneration

We have a heavy involvement in repairing damaged surfaces on large scale development projects in the private and public sectors. Projects we are involved with include social housing and urban developments.

We are currently working on Beam Park, which is the regeneration of the old Ford plant in Dagenham, Essex. We can supply large teams of skilled operatives to cater for any size project. Nothing is too big, nothing is too small, we cater for all, it’s the Sinclair way.

Retail

We have worked within the retail sector for a few years, undertaking works for established High Street brands, as well as small boutique retail shops. We have previously undertaken repairs at places such as the Ted Baker shop at Heathrow airport and Lipault in Mayfair, where particular care had to be taken not to damage the handbags still in place during our works!!

Domestic

Sinclair prides itself on catering for all, from the large blue-chip contractors and developers to the individual homeowner who may have dropped something on his / her worktop and caused some damage.

It provides us with great satisfaction when we can help restore your surface back to new. Please do get in touch, even if you are unsure if your surface can be repaired, we will offer our expert advice, and if the works can be done, we will be able to attend at short notice and restore it for you.
