On site here at Twickenham a large amount of cladding and internal works required making good before our pending handover dates. With an incredibly keen client whom expected the highest quality finished product, we contacted Sinclair Surfaces. Sinclair Surfaces’ management were as always extremely helpful in discussing the issues at hand over the phone and then offered to come to site for an assessment and to carry out a survey. After carrying out an intensive and professional survey of site, Sinclair Surfaces put together a programme of works and allocated labour against this.

The operatives on site from Sinclair Surfaces are always extremely polite and friendly, willing to help out wherever possible. Their true skill and craftsmanship is extremely clear when they have left an area of work in perfect condition.

SQP 1 is the first phase of a £600m project….this phase valued at £250m

As you know this started as a 100 day contract for this project and eventually has turned in to over 300 days due to extra works being requested from your skilled team.

Throughout this project Sinclair Surfaces have adapted to our constantly changing programmes and accommodated our requirements very professionally.

The diverse range of repairs carried out from our timber doors and the ever difficult flooring scratches, the pre finished utility walls and the bathroom sanitary ware has been excellent.

This added to your ability to repair glass, mirror and shower screen scratches has saved us a great deal of time and money.

Your office staff have been very helpful and professional in the way they have managed this project.
