Beam Park
An overview
Beam Park, located in the London borough of Barking and Dagenham, is the second largest housing scheme in UK to gain planning permission in 2018, and one of only three regeneration schemes in London delivering 3,000 homes and providing 50% affordable housing. Sinclair Surfaces were engaged to oversee the restoration and repairs on this monumental regeneration project.
The Strategy
On this large scale residential project, a full range of maintenance continues to be meticulously executed including repairs of: glass, floors, doors, window frames, kitchen units, baths, shower trays, sinks. Our team of operatives are working across multiple blocks at any one time to achieve the scheduled handover dates for our client.
