There really is no benefit in getting a replacement item if it can be repaired. A repair will save unnecessary upheaval of having to remove surfaces and associated items (e.g. bath removal and surrounding tiling, mastic, damage to paintwork etc.) when our technicians can carry out specialist repairs and leave your surface as if it was never damaged. We also offer a longer guarantee on the repair than a new item manufacturer would if you had the item replaced.

Rest assured our technicians are highly skilled and your repair won’t be remotely noticeable upon completion.

Yes, all works come with a 24-month guarantee, it is highly unlikely that there will be any issues but if there are you are fully covered and we will return to rectify any issues with the repairs.

Absolutely not, we use all the necessary products to ensure your surface will be a durable, if not more durable than before it was damaged in the first place.

All repairs take different amounts of time, but our experienced technicians can assess the works either on site or from photos and give you an accurate timescale as to the time required to do the works.

No problem, if you have any questions we are always here to give free consultations as to whether something can be repaired. If you are in doubt, call us and we will happily let you know whether we can carry out a repair or not, free of charge.

It is unusual for our Enquiries team not to respond within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us after that time, your email attachments may be larger than our mailbox limit which is 10mb.
