Regents House, Penthouse
An overview
Regent House is a large, mixed-use scheme that we are currently working on across various stages. Our brief consisted of surface repairs to multiple areas of the office fit out, including four ground-floor retail units fronting Edgeware road, 43,000 square foot of offices over six floors and lastly, 24 residential apartments to follow.
The Strategy
With a completion time of two years, careful planning was required in order to distribute the workload effectively. As of present, we have repaired and re-sprayed all internal frames of the new offices and communal staircase panels, as well as repairing and restoring damages to internal staircase handrails. We continue to work diligently on the project to create a fresh, multi-use space.
Project Highlights
Our reputation for high quality and our willingness to react at short notice secured us work on this project with Osborne. With just 24 hours’ notice, we were able to organise a specialist team of technicians. Had Sinclair Surfaces not been on hand
to help, specific handovers and targets may have been missed, which would have consequently delayed the overall completion of Regent House. As always, we strive to go above and beyond for our clients to meet all deadlines.
