Solum, Twickenham

An overview

Solum Twickenham is a development of 115 new apartments combined with an expansion of Twickenham station. The multimillion-pound scheme aims to provide a new gateway to the town centre, with shops and restaurants built around a new public plaza. Sinclair Surfaces provided specialist refinishing services over the last 2 years of this project.

The Strategy

The innovative nature of this residential project meant that our teams of operatives produced large scale surface solutions to ensure the best results in the time given. Our expertise were used to repair a range of internal damaged surfaces in conjunction with the major external works. These included, wooden floors, veneer doors, high-gloss kitchen units, worktops and FED’s.

Project Highlights

After working on the Solum, Walthamstow project, Sinclair Surfaces were selected to work on this project also. Furthermore, we were asked to repair and re-spray two whole blocks of external winter gardens, external cladding and window frames, due to the severity of damage to the surfaces.
