South Quay Plaza

An overview

South Quay Plaza, located in the heart of London’s fastest growing business district in Canary Wharf, is an extremely prestigious project. Aiming to provide residents with a 5-star living lifestyle. Sinclair Surfaces are actively working with Berkeley Homes to repair and restore damaged surfaces that occur during the build, to ensure luxury resonates throughout the apartments and enabling residents to move into the properties on time.

The Strategy

Aesthetics are incredibly important to this project. The elegant nature of these residential landmarks mean that work has to be carried out to the highest standard.

Over the 1.5 year project, our main works for Berkeley Homes have included: repairing multiple severely damaged timber floors, internal and communal doors, damaged MVHR cupboards and scratched mirrors, across 628 apartments, restoring a sense of luxury for the South Quay Plaza residents.

Project Highlights

Due to the nature of this project, we are continuing to deliver exceptional results under high pressure and incredibly tight handover targets. Our dedicated and diligent team have worked 7 days a week where required to ensure that Berkeley Homes achieves their quotas.
